The CCA Emerging Arts Managers
The Centre for the Creative Arts (CCA) offers the Emerging Arts Managers Project, an initiative that provides recent graduates with practical experience in arts management and a range of other career paths. Guided by CCA’s senior staff, participants gain hands-on skills as they work on the Centre’s renowned festivals, contributing to its daily operations and growth. This programme equips emerging managers with essential skills for careers in the arts, event management, communications, and more, helping them build confidence and professionalism in a dynamic, socially engaged environment.
