IS A CARTOON WORTH A THOUSAND PROTESTERS?
The Artfluence Human Rights festival called for public submissions for a cartoon competition. The top ten cartoons will be featured. Tara Weber (South Africa) will moderate a discussion with cartoonists Nanda Soobben (South Africa), Andy Mason (South Africa), Tjeerd Royaards (Netherlands) and TAYO Fatunla (Nigeria) on the provocation, “is a cartoon worth a thousand protesters?” The winner of the Artfluence 2021 Cartoon Competition will be announced.
