Tshebeletso Mohale is a poet and writer who currently lives and works in Durban.Born ineMthatha, she spent most of her childhood there and moved to Cape Townat the age of 10. She developed a love for poetry and writing in high school through exposure to literature by Shakespeare and other notable writers and poets.She started writing poetry in 2010, but only began performing in 2013.

She is more comfortable in writing and performing in English. Her writing and poetry draws mostly from her childhood experiences and her interactions with her family. She looks up to poets like Andrea Gibson, Alysia Harris and the many poets she has watched perform at DUT poetry sessions. She has graced the stages of Poetry Africa 2014 as a prelude poet, Playhouse Theatre and Catalina Theatre to name a few.
